Please read the following Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) carefully before enrolling your child in the Taipei English Club. By signing up, you indicate your understanding and agreement with the terms outlined below:
1.1. To enroll your child in the Taipei English Club, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate and up-to-date information.
1.2. Enrollment is subject to availability, and registration does not guarantee a spot until confirmed by the Taipei English Club.
2.1. The fees for the Taipei English Club are outlined in the pricing schedule provided.
2.2. Payment must be made in full by the specified due date to secure your child's enrollment.
2.3. The fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the Taipei English Club is unable to provide the agreed-upon services.
2.4. Any additional costs incurred, such as field trips or materials, will be communicated in advance and are the responsibility of the parents/guardians.
3.1. Regular attendance is expected from all enrolled students. If your child cannot attend a class, please notify the Taipei English Club in advance.
3.2. The Taipei English Club may offer make-up classes for missed sessions, subject to availability and scheduling arrangements, if at least 24 hours notice is provided.
4.1. In the event of withdrawal from the Taipei English Club, written notice must be provided at least two weeks before the desired withdrawal date.
4.2. Refunds for cancellations or withdrawals are subject to the refund policy outlined by the Taipei English Club.
5.1. All students are expected to behave in a respectful and cooperative manner towards teachers, staff, and fellow students.
5.2. Any disruptive or disrespectful behavior may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or expulsion from the Taipei English Club.
6.1. The Taipei English Club takes all reasonable measures to ensure the safety and well-being of students during class hours.
6.2. Parents/guardians are responsible for providing accurate health and emergency contact information, as well as informing the Taipei English Club of any relevant medical conditions or allergies.
6.3. The Taipei English Club is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property that may occur during class hours or related activities.
7.1. The Taipei English Club may capture photographs or videos of students during classes or related activities for promotional purposes.
7.2. By enrolling your child, you grant the Taipei English Club the right to use such media for promotional and educational purposes.
8.1. The Taipei English Club reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions as necessary.
8.2. Any changes will be communicated to parents/guardians in advance.
By signing up for the Taipei English Club, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the Taipei English Club and the parents/guardians of enrolled students.
