At the Taipei English Club, we strive to provide the best learning experience for your child. We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel or withdraw your child from our classes. Please review our refund policy outlined below:
- Enrolment Fee:
- The enrolment fee paid at the time of registration is non-refundable.
- Regular Classes:
- Requests for cancellation and refund before the start of the term will be eligible for a full refund of the tuition fee, excluding the enrolment fee.
- Once the term has started, if a student wishes to withdraw within the first two weeks, a refund of 50% of the remaining tuition fee will be provided.
- After the first two weeks of the term, no refunds will be granted.
- Intensive Classes:
- Requests for cancellation and refund before the start of the term will be eligible for a full refund of the tuition fee, excluding the enrolment fee.
- Once the term has started, if a student wishes to withdraw within the first week, a refund of 50% of the remaining tuition fee will be provided.
- After the first week of the term, no refunds will be granted.
- Refund Process:
- All refund requests must be made in writing and sent to the Taipei English Club administration.
- Refunds will be processed within 15 days of receiving the written refund request.
- Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment.
- Non-Attendance:
- Failure to attend classes without providing prior notice does not qualify for a refund.
- Exceptional Circumstances:
- In exceptional circumstances, such as severe illness or relocation, we may consider offering a refund on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us directly to discuss your situation.
We recommend that you carefully consider your child's commitment to the Taipei English Club before enrolling to ensure the best utilisation of your payment.
