At the Taipei English Club, we strive to provide the best learning experience for your child. We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel or withdraw your child from our classes.
Please review our refund policy outlined below:
Minimum Notice: A minimum of one week's notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling of classes.
Three Strike Policy: Customers are allowed to reschedule up to three times without incurring a penalty.
Consideration for Emergencies: In cases of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, we are open to considering refunds on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us directly to discuss your situation.
Package Bookings: For packages of 4 or 8 classes, cancellations made within the minimum notice period will be eligible for rescheduling without penalty. Cancellations outside the notice period may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
Single Session Bookings: For single session bookings, cancellations within the minimum notice period may be rescheduled once with a 50% cancellation fee.
Official Communication Channels: Cancellations and rescheduling notifications should be communicated through our official Line messenger or the primary contact method previously used.
Classroom Adjustments: Please note that, due to our small class size, last-minute cancellations may require adjustments to classrooms, teachers, or other logistical considerations. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
We recommend that you carefully consider your child's commitment to the Taipei English Club before enrolling to ensure the best utilisation of your payment.
